How about cream cheese. I use the reduced fat and it works like a charm. Hope everything goes well.

From what I've heard, surgery is not necessary, unless the knee keeps popping out all the time, or pops out and won't go in...Most orthopedic drs. are not rushing into surgery, like they use to...Apple has stage 1 LP in her back right knee, and when it first popped out, I thought I was gonna die w/grief...She had one other episode, and then never again? That was about 8 months ago...The way I taught Apple to use the stairs, was put a treat on each stair, all the way up, and all the way down...Now she flys up and down the stairs, w/no problem...I have pillows all around my couch and chairs, in the living room...And I don't let anyone hold her, at all, because she will fly out of their arms...She doesn't do that w/her mommy 'though
