| So I took Lila to the NYC Animal Medical Center. They confirmed Lila has luxating patella but they dont think this is contributing to her walking problems. They said it could be many things, even pancreatitis/UTI etc since she still has a fever but they're not sure. They want her to be on bed rest for a week, then re-evaluate. If she gets lethargic, not eating/pooping/peeing to bring her back emergently. She's alittle better today. Yesterday was hard since she hurt herself again and was crying the entire day, not eating/drinking/peeing or pooping so I got scared and brought her in as an emergency visit.

| So I took Lila to aera's Dr. Singer (orthopedic surgeon today). He didn't know what caused Lila to be in pain/lame for the past 2 weeks but he did say she has a grade 3 LP on her right knee with atrophy of the muscles. Her left knee is grade I. He recommened surgery for the right only. I scheduled surgery for July (I have two weeks vacation so I can stay home with her). As for Lila, she is much better. She is walking again, but not her usual spunky self. I've noticed she will only walk a block with me befor asking me to pick her up. She also isn't running, and jumping like she used to.

| I think you're in excellent hands. Dr. Singer is a wonderful surgeon. Good luck to you and your baby.
