| Is it petplan.com? someone posted here they have a plan for under twenty a mo. I am laid off from work but having ins would insure that if something happened? they'd be covered and no bill! |

| There is still a deductible and a copay. I pay $19/mo for each dog but I have a $100 deductible and a 80% reimbursement plan. For instance, my last visit was $200. I will get reimbursed $80 for that visit not the entire $200. Lily had another visit that was $70. I didn't bother to file a claim because $70 is less than my deductible.

| From what I've read on Pet Insurance Review - comparison of VPI, ASPCA, etc., both Embrace and PetPlan are really highly rated by their customers. I went with PetPlan even with the per incident deductible because the monthly payment for the same level of insurance with Embrace was twice as much (I have four pups so that added up). Since I've had insurance I've only filed maybe one claim a year (I purchased it as a safeguard for major incidents rather than routine). Embrace seems like great insurance too though. |

Wow, I got a quote from both to compare and they were right in line with eachother. I chose Embrace because of it having only one annual deductible, and because I didn't want to pay more of a copay if I went to an after-hours ER, a specialist, or someone other than my named regular vet.I can't remember what the discount for multiples is, but I know I got a nice one each time I added one of mine to the policy. I originally had the 10,000 annual with a $100 copay, but I talked to one of their reps on the phone (great customer service, btw) and she highly recommended that I switch to the $200 deductible. It really saved on the monthly premiums doing that, too.

But it's worth every penny to know they'll get the care they need if, God forbid, something ever happens.

| I got the Bronze Plan with $50 deductible & 100% reimbursement for $36 a pup a month. I think Olive's price will go down once she's microchipped next month. |

| Haha, it's ok. You are a very knowledgable source! I just took the low deductible because I don't make a whole lot of money and I figured it would be managable for me in a bind. |

| Just to add to this thread, I've had to file twice now and I've been reimbursed without any problems. I got my check today only after a week of filing my claim. I don't have any complaints about this company!
