| New Yorkie I just rescued a yorkie..they say he is about 8 years ols..he was in terrible shape when he came into my life...He had VERY bad teeth and had to get several pulled also suffered from a double hernia and is over weight...I think in his former life he had a very bad diet...The vet says his thyroid is alittle off and we will address it when he recovers from the surgery..I have had him for about 3 weeks and I can clearly see how good he feels now..We are calling him Chunk because of his weight and that he took a chunk out of my savings..lol...He is such a doll...But his coat is very dull and fuzzy I was wondering if anyone can give me and tips to improve this..I currently have a 14 year old yorkie, and he has a silky coat..I now have them both on Buffalo blue...my other guy suffers from allergies..any advice would be apppriciated...Thanks Margaret.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Congrats on your new baby. That's so wonderful you took him in and have gotten him back on the road to good health. Maybe with the better diet and being healthier his coat will improve or he may just have a cottony coat. Keep us posted on his progress.
