| Roxie is a Hoover...she gobbles up her food without even chewing it half the time! She also eats whatever she can find off the floor. Like the poster above, we also taught her "leave it". We used a treat to train her. It works very well most of the time...even out on walks where she wants to eat worms, cigarette butts, and all kinds of other gross stuff. It took some serious practice, but she's now a pro at "leave it".

| I almost have to hand feed Usher daily to get him to each is regular food but he will clean my kitchen floor of all droppings, eat anything such as worms and leaves when outside. He also will check our breath if you leave him for a few minutes just to make sure we did not eat without him and also check our clothes for any loose food particles, but at this point I am happy he ates at all since he is so tiny. |
