| Acana is awesome - Everyone always has good things to say about it. It's like the miracle dog food. If anyone orders from us, leave a comment at checkout to toss in the Frequent Buyers Cards for it.. Champion Pet Foods Sponsors a buy 12 get 1 free program. |

I think I'm just gonna stay on Acana for a while and rotate between Grasslands and Pacifica. Ahhhh, it feels so good to finally find THE food.

I don't know why I never thought of feeding the Pacifica flavor... I personally haven't liked the smell of the fish based foods, can you tell me how it smells? lol ![]() We are on our 5.5lb bag of the Prairie Harvest right now (he had been eating the Grasslands one before).

Q | ORIJEN Cans & Treats, Where are They? A | CANNED FOODS At Champion Petfoods, we sell only what we make, which makes us unique in today’s pet food industry where a great many pet foods are made by factories with no connection to the brand (private labeled). The ORIJEN philosophy is different. We source our ingredients fresh from our region and make our foods exclusively within our own award-winning factory here in Alberta, Canada. Making canned food is a very different production process, and almost all canned pet foods in North America are made in one of two very large canning companies. While we could easily follow the industry model and have ORIJEN produced for us cans, we’re just not comfortable with the idea of having any ORIJEN product made outside of our own facilities, and have no plans for ORIJEN in cans. TREATS We are currently working on a unique “Biologically Appropriate” treat for dogs which we hope to introduce late in 2010.

| I wonder why it's hard for stores to be able to carry this. They have Orijen, but can't seem to get this!

| How much are you all paying for your Acana? I live in MD: For the: Prairie 5.5lb bag it is $12.99 Grasslands $13.99 and Pacifica $12.99 I shop at Whole Pet Central in Rockville mostly. They also have an online ordering site. My older cat LOVES the Acana Prairie for cats. It is $14.99 for 5.5lbs. The boys favorite are Prairie and the Grasslands. They liked the Pacifica but I could not stand the fish smell-LOL They are eating a bag of EVO chicken right now because the Acana was out of stock for a week.

| For everyone who uses acana I have a question. How's the hopefully lack of eye goop? I'm hoping that deminishes. My dogs don't have much but none would be awesome. |
