Veggies? Green beans and peas are okay? Steamed? Is it okay to put a little with the kibble? Thanks.

I use green beans with mine, but only organic. They are good for our babies but I always feed them in small amounts.

I give Divot sweet potatoes, green beans and Broccoli and he goes absolute nuts for them. He is a VERY selective eater but loves his veggies...

Rio loves raw carrots, apples, watermelon... She sounds so cute when she's crunching on her raw snacks!

I'm going to try the veggies with my new puppy. I tried frozen carrot sticks tonight, but I think they were too hard for her to chew, she put them in her mouth and tried biting on them, then spit them out - will have to put them in the micro for a few seconds. I read that fruit was dangerous for yorkies...I thought it was very strange what I read. I mean how can fruit be dangerous? But the article said fruits (apples, cherries, peaches and other fruit) contain cyanide. I think maybe they just meant the seeds and core-pit, which I obviously wouldn't give to my little girl.
