Holistic natural pet food for healthy cat and dog food diets - Burns Brown Rice and Chicken I hope that's clickable. It won't be high up in the ratings, because it is not high in meat. But dogs on low protein can't have a lot of meat. Last edited by Yorkieville200; 03-03-2010 at 04:08 PM. Reason: Added Info | |

Just because it is not on this review, does not mean it is not a good food imho.

| Are you referring to the fact that Nature's Recipe uses Menadione Sodium Bisulfite complex which is synthetic vitamin K? |

| The more I think about it I believe I was just getting paranoid about the food. It seems like the ratings find something wrong with the foods. I think if it works for your dog then stay on it. Someone told me if its not broke then don't fix it. I am going to stay with this food because my babies like it and it works for them

| It's so great to be reassured that Jezebel is eating healthy! Did you guys read the "Dog Food Industry Exposed"? It really makes sad that some pets are being fed trash and there families don't even realize it.

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | I'[m glad that my substitute kibble Origen is both 5 stars and awared by the glycemic research institue as pet food of the year. I usually home feed and use Urban Wolf + Omegas 3/6/9 + bone supplements + human grade minced chicken or beef or lamb. I place my meat order with my butcher and he will mince the cuts I want.
