I do want to have one thing emphasized though - I did not write this, it is an article copied from SpayOK.com. The line where I said this is soemhow got scrunched in with the last point on the last line and needs to be more prominent. In going back to find their site to link here, I found some another article on the 'Facts About Spaying & Neutering' which also has some excellent points - just click on Facts at the top of the page. | Both my dogs are spayed/neutered, but I just heard that it's not always healthy to get them spayed/neutered at 3 months like shelters do (which they have to do for obvious reasons) and it's better to wait till 6 months. Is this true? |

| Great info for a sticky. I suggest including links to sources of such information, as it helps members sort fact from fiction.
