Rabies Shot Gucci had her 3 yr. rabies shot a week ago today, she has formed a bump by the area. I called the vet. yesterday and she told me that it sometimes happens and to put warm compresses 3 xs a day and to let her know if it goes down by next week. If not bring her in. Have any of you experienced this problem with shots? Gina

Dudley had a lump after his last group of shots. They lasted quite awhile so to be safe we had it operated on to make sure it wasn't something serious. If the spot doesn't go away in a couple months, probably would have it checked out. It is probably nothing to worry about.

Gee, I've never thought about this before. My Kip is due for her shot in January so thanks for the heads up in case I ever see a problem.
