Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | My husband think I have lost my mind.. Ok..So Izzy has been giving me a hard time about eating...The only food she half way likes is Blue Buff. but i know shes not eating enought of it...I have tried mixing it with EVERY kind of wet food From evo 95% real meat to ceaser puppy..lol...I was at my wits end....She LOVES real strips of grilled chicken but will not eat with her dry foos.. Then it dawned on me.... while we were getting groceries tonight I stopped in the baby food area..lol..I bought stage 2 baby food...Chicken only...All it is is finely ground chicken and water...If babies can eat it so can she...Then i bought a coffee grinder and corsely ground up her dry food (Blue) and mixed the chicken baby food in.. SHE LOVED IT!!!! she ate every bite...I mean licked the plate clean...My hubby truely thinks I'm nuts..lol... Yup she's me baby!!!!!

| You are not nuts at all. When I use to show and breed cats I use to make their food... I actually burned out a food grinder I used it so much

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | I did get recipes from someone on here which I am very thankful for...But because he is so young and small...I don't want to mess up...It's like nursing a baby...You never know if they are getting enough...So I just want to make sure...

You are totally not nuts!! I have been doing that (not grinding the food) but mixing for the longest time. ZZ used to be picky, now she has no problems. And if you are crazy, we unite!!! haha!
