Your yorkie is very young right? Sasha used to drive me crazy too with the eating issue. Especially because of yorkies risk of hypoglycemia (don't know if spelled that right) but make sure you give your baby nutrical 3 times a day. Try giving her carrots, yogurt, and that she eats the dog food a least one time a day. well, when they are young they are really supposed to feed 2 or 3 times a day.
