| Sadly, there is no such thing as an all natural dog food. Pet food isn't even government regulated and the ingredients listed on any of the packaging does not mean it's actually in there. If you think about it, all the "things" that the rendering plants put in those boiling vats are boiled down to a brown extremely horrific smelly blob, then dried out and cut into different size bites. It smells so bad that they use rancid restaurant oil to spray on it. Then they "claim" they add vitamins. Ok, how much? Even if they put 100 gallons of vitamins in one vat, the boiling would destroy it. IF these rendering plants put what they "claim" are in those bags and cans, you would not be able to afford it. Now you know why some dogs dive into these nasty brown things. Dogs love nasty smelly things, but we as parents should know what's best for them.
