| What is up with his Big Belly???? Dallas is a 5 year old male Yorkie. Has always weighed in around 4.6 pounds. Has always been a very picky eater. He also has a very sensitive stomach so the Vet has him on Purina EN and we leave his food out all the time b/c he just picks at it. Well then we got Philly who is on puppy food and Dallas loves loves it. I tried to keep him from eating it but b/c he has always been under weight I didn't try to hard b/c after speaking w/ the Vet the only real harm would be it's high in fat and he could gain some weight and I figured he could stand to gain a little anyways. Well we have had Philly since Christmas day and Dallas now has a pot belly so it's been only about two to three weeks thats he has been eating it. So I am wondering if he could really have gained that fast or could he have gotten roundworms from Philly? What do you guys think? I was thinking of taking a stool sample to the Vet to let them check it out to rule out the worms.

| It probably wouldn't hurt...if anything, at least you can rule out worms.

| I think it's the worms...it's hard to believe he has beer belly over 2-3 weeks
