| What age do you switch puppy to adult food? Bijou seems to want to eat Barley's Evo with is for adults. I thought maybe she just didn't like her Innova puppy so I switched to Wellness Super5 Puppy. But she still doesn't seem to like her food. At what age do most Yorkie owners switch puppies from puppy food to adult food? I haven't had a toy baby in years and I know that my GP needed switched to adult before he was 6 months old. Thanks for any advice!!!

| I was all freaked out about giving Apple an adult food, so I didn't switch her to raw, until she was 11 months old (considered an all stage food)...However, w/my 2nd, I started him on raw when I got him at 4 months...He's doing soooooooo well, and gaining weight so nicely, I'm sure I did the right thing...They both love their raw, and dance in circles, when it's time to feed...sooooooooo cute ...I switch up w/proteins and brands, and they do well on everything |

| I had the same problem! My pup Lola use to eat Puppy Chow because that is what her breeder fed her, but then our Vet recommended Royal Canin. We got RoyalCanin for Yorkies, Lola LOVED it! But then we realized she had to be 10 months or older to eat it. It said "10 months+" on the bag, I don't know how we missed it? Anyways we then had to switch her food again, buying Royal Canin for puppies. aye yai yai! So I say 10 months? |
