| Food and Pottie question Penny is now 13 wks old and I am still getting up at night to let her out. I talked to the breeder and she said Penny is old enough to be holding it until morning. Okay, I have let her free eat. So as of today I am in control of the food. I will put the food up at 3:00pm. and leave the water down. We try to keep her up until 9:00pm but she sneaks a nap about 6:00pm to 7:00pm. She pottied in her crate last night. My heart goes out to her but I can't be getting up at 2:00am. with pup in one hand and shovel snow in the other without falling. So my question is do any of you agree with the food going up at 3:00pm? Or do you have a better idea. She won't use pee pads. She pees and poops at 2:00 am. Thanks for any help in advance. |

| Yes I think 3 is a bit early to take the food out. Try 6. Troy is 4 months and he goes potty @ 3AM. I take him to the pads at that time and he's goes right away. |
