Help! My Paris is sick this evening - YorkieTalk.com Forums

Can I please get some advice, my Paris has not eaten today and she has been throwing up. She didnt throw up untill i gave her some Nutri-cal so i presume i have made the situation worse, but i felt like i should give her something. I have some beef broth, and some chicken baby food that i keep around just in case. I dont think i should try to give her anything untill it seems like her tummy settles, but, im not sure if thats the right thing to do. Please, help with any advice im so upset to see her being ill. Shes almost 2 yrs old and about 4.5lbs. Thanks everyone.

I hope she is feeling better, if not I would have the vet check her out tomorrow.

Poor baby, I'd try the baby food...see if it interest her. NutriCal can cause nausea, Winston pukes nearly every time I give it to him. How about some boiled chicken and rice? Just give her a little at a time...don't force it. Is she drinking water? Obviously, if she isn't feeling better tomorrow, I'd say get her to a vet. Sometimes they just have an off day...feel better quick Paris!!!

Awwww Paris. Sorry you're not feeling well. I would try brown rice and plain chicken. I wouldn't worry about her eating much...but, would get to the vet tomorrow if it continues.

Everyone here is so amazing, thanks for the support and yes Paris is up, i was up worrying about and at about 4 this morning she was drinking water which made me feel much better. This morning i gave her some chicken baby food and some chicken broth i made this morning and she seems to be doing well, my husband is home today so i will call and check on her. I must say these small beings come into our lives and bring so much happiness and we are so broken hearted when they are not well. I was a basket case imagining the worst. Im sooooooooooooooooo happy she is well. Thanks again to everyone here and your advice and concern. This site is the absolute BEST!

Very glad to hear Paris is feeling better.

It is scary when they are sick. One always imagines the worst because they are so small and helpless looking when they don't feel well
