| A question about ultrasounds Layla is going to Guelph (a university animal hospital nearby) for an ultrasound on her pancreas (just trying to find out why her Spec cPL numbers and lipase numbers are still high and yet she show no symptoms at all of pancreatitis) anyways- do they have to put the dog under to do the ultrasound? |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | They didn't when they did my poms liver ultrasound and Dixie's kidney one. When Maya had her liver ultrasound they let me in the room and showed me everything. They did have her being held by a couple of vet techs. Hope everything goes well.

| If the dog gets extremely wiggly, possibly, but usually no.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Maya's was at a specialty facility too and they were so wonderful with her and me. Maya was always so good for the vets, for me not so much, so if Layla won't get upset if you are in the room they probably will let you. When do you go?
