Petzlife Gel VS Spray

I just bought the gel today in original flavor. We'll see how it works.

The spray seems to work just fine but we also brush daily. I think the spray just takes a few days for them to get used to.

I'm resurrecting this old thread:

Jackson does not like the spray. He WIGS out. But he will allow me to put my fingers in his mouth and he tolerates tooth brushing. He seriously sees the spray and just flips. So I'm gonna buy the Petzlife gel (I still have basically a whole bottle of the spray if anyone wants it) but...

is the one that says "with salmon oil" the salmon flavored one? Does it smell real fishy or bad? Should I just get the original?

I opened the link thinking I'd learn something, wow I'm so smart! I've got to say, I loved Davie Bowie's double tooth, I really didn't notice till the movie Labyrinth, and for some reason I thought that was sexy, I think I love imperfection. He fixed his tooth though, and I was disappointed. Never fix Uni's tooth!

I bought the gel and have tried it twice on my boy so far. Both times he did a gagging noise. I don't think he's a fan.

I think I may drag my gel back out and try again with Gizmo and Hershey and see if they will tolerate it a little better...they are getting better about letting me brush their teeth

I use the kind with Salmon Oil and I don't notice any fish smell. It does have an odor though. Not unpleasant really, but kinda sharp. I never notice a smell after using it, just when I stuck my nose up to the bottle to test for you!
