is the one that says "with salmon oil" the salmon flavored one? Does it smell real fishy or bad? Should I just get the original?

I use the kind with Salmon Oil and I don't notice any fish smell. It does have an odor though. Not unpleasant really, but kinda sharp. I never notice a smell after using it, just when I stuck my nose up to the bottle to test for you!
