Yogi finally ate his whole 2 madalians one for breakfast and one for dinner so for being such a good boy he got some doggie ice cream he loves it so my question is what do you guys mix into your dogs NV Raw food? i dont want to mix anything harmful or something he is not suppose to eat.

I don't mix anything in w/the raw, but I do cut up an organic green bean or two (cooked) and a small slice of organic apple...The plate looks so pretty w/the raw, green beans and apple lol...Apple eats the medallion first, then the beans, and has the apple for dessert...it's very cute

I don't mix anything in, either. They just gobble it down as is. It should be a balanced diet, so you don't NEED to mix anything in, if that what you mean. It won't hurt it if you do, though.

Sometimes I mix in a few raw green beans or carrots after I've put them through the food processor. Gracie gobbles it up.

I don't mix anything in it either. He gobbles it up plain.

I do, however, leave Instinct (which is the Nature's Variety brand) dry kibble out for him all day just in case he gets hungry, or if he has to be left alone for extended periods of time.

But now that he has tasted raw he seems to stick his nose up at pretty much everything else

I will occasionally give him veggies on the side, cooked carrots, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, asparagus tips

I don't mix the raw w/ anything...but you could if you wanted to, just be cautious about not throwing the nutritional balance off too much (and it wouldn't be if you were just adding a little of this or that).
