| My yorkie, Violet is VERY allergic to alot of things, all grains especially. She used to be on Prednisone, and I thought she would be hooked on it for life. I went to a holistic vet, and she recommended coconut oil and other supplements that support the immune system Violet is now itch-free and OFF of prednisone for over two year now! I highly recommend using coconut oil -- but it has to be a very high-quality virgin coconut oil. USDA-organic is best too. Please check out: www.cocotherapy.com as it has alot of helpful information about it's benefits. I suggest giving plant sterols as well (www.onlynaturalpet.com) carries it, and the product is called "Immune Balance". Good luck on your baby. I know how awful it is for your baby to have allergies.
