| More Suggestions I too have had a flea problem on my 5 year old Yorkie this year worse than ever before. There are some great suggestions in previous posts. As for the Zodiac make sure you get the one that says "KILLS ON CONTACT" It works much better than the others. This small phrase isn't written very big on the packaging. I had heard Green Palmolive to kill the fleas. But if you can afford the Zodiac I would stick with that. I haven't used the Green Palmolive but a very experienced breeder suggested it to me. One thing that has not been mentioned unless I might have overlooked it is that you can treat your yard for fleas. Go to your local Co op or Tractor Supply and I am sure that Lowe's and/or Home Depot has it. It is applied like a fertilizer. I checked on it and it was going to cost me $50 for the substance and the tool to apply it to the lawn. Also, when you bathe the dog you want to be sure to leave the Frontline on to protect your dog. When you bath the dog wash around the area where the Frontline has been applied. I do it all the time. I had one other previous flea outbreak and couldn't figure out why I was getting them again. I bathed my dog very frequently and I was washing the Frontline right out. It is supposed to be good for 1 month but I don't care what anyone says when you frequently wash your dog you either wash it out or it becomes less effective however you want to look at it. |

| Im sorry to hear about your puppy, I think that advantage alone might work the two together may be stopping from them working fully, if they are in your carpet use sergants gold it will kill the fleas it did for me after i had tried everything.
