| Question about pigs feet? My mom had made some pigs feet the other night and gave me the bones to give to Gizmo. Does anyone know if these are ok to give to them to chew on?

| Did your mom cook the pigs feet? If so.... NO, do NOT give the bones. If they are raw, they are fine. But look for loose stools as they have a lot of cartilage and fat and could cause loose stools. Also make sure that they aren't "enhanced" with a salt water or broth solution. The added sodium isn't good for dogs. But if they are natural and raw, yes - you can give them! |
