| Question regarding chix rice diet for diarrea Ok so just a recap Bear and Bella are 11 weeks and have been on puppy chow (from Breeder) THey have been with us for a week and I decided to start them gradually on Cali Natural, they developed diarrea. I thought it was coincidental as I did the recommended 1/4 to 3/4 mix. This morning I found blood in her stools. I took a sample to my vet and it tested ok for parasites. They suggested the rice/chicken diet. I gave them a small amount 2 tablespoons each heaping) (50/50 mix)..they loved it. How often shoulf I feed them and how much??? The vet seemed to think it was the food change. The act and play great! |
