Senior Yorkie Talker | Bella gets spayed & hernias repaired tomorrow Hi everyone! I just wanted to ask for all your prayers for my little Bella tomorrow. She will be getting spayed and having her hernias repaired. I'm so scared because she only weighs 2.5lbs, but nevertheless, the vet is experienced with operating on 2lb little ones. So I should be confident. However, please say a little prayer for her, thanks. Also, if anyone has any advice for me I'd sure love it! |

| I don't have any advice for one so little, but she sounds like she's in great hands with you and your vet! I will keep her (& you) in my prayers today. Please let us know how she does. {hugs}

Senior Yorkie Talker | Update: Pre Op So I just got home from dropping Bella off at the vet, her appt was at 9, I'm really scared. The vet said that her hernias were really bad because they were on both sides of her lower region and that it was going to be a complicated procedure. That's what really scares me because even when the vet saw how bad her hernias had gotten since the last vet, she herself looked kind of bummed. She proceeded to tell me that Bella would have to stay under longer which meant more anesthetic ( spelling ?). My poor baby, I can't pick her up until 4pm! It's going to be a long day. |
