| I Know She Is Hungry Took Bella to the vet today. She had been having dirrehea with mucous and throwing up yellow foam stuff. Well turns out she has tapeworms and he said not to let her eat for 24 hours. Give her tummy time to heal. He gave her a shot and some med for upset tummy and of course the pills for deworming. She is walking around sniffing and looking at me with those pitiful eyes I know shes hungry. He said she could have all the water she would drink but I cant get her to drink. My heart just breaks when she looks at me and I know she wants food..... Since Ive had her I have seen two or three fleas in three months. I have her on meds for fleas but he also said she could have ate some before I got her. I just feel so bad.... |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | How big is she. If she is a small puppy I would worry about her not eating for that long. You may need to ask the vet if you can give her Nutrical to keep her sugar level up. I hope she can eat soon and gets rid of the worms.

| I'm so sorry for you both. I will pray for her to get well. Maybe head for bed so the hours go by faster, soon she will be able to eat again. |
