| PLEASE TELL ME YOU KNOW WHAT"S WRONG Lily was out playing with her kitty this morning. I heard her sneezing quite a bit so I let her in and she continues sneezing. It has been an hour and a half since this all began and she is STILL sneezing. She's not doing those great big head shaking sneezes right now, they are smaller and more delicate now. What the heck? I don't know what could have brought on such a major sneezing fit. I feel awful for her. I know it can't be fun to be doing that for so long. Anyone know what's wrong?

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | She may have something in her little nostrils ? I sure can't offer real help here but has she had a drink or something to eat ? Maybe a treat to see if she stops while chewing ? |

Donating YT 14K Club Member | I agree with Villette, she could have gotten something up there even as small as a grass seed but other than that, I don't know the cause of her sneezing.

| Im no expert but I think Kim and Villette are correct, maybe some grass when in thru her nose. I think if she keeps sneezing a call to the vet is in order. I dont know if giving her benadryl will help. Maybe she is allergic to something or is getting a cold. Hopefully others can give you a better advise. Good luck and please keep us posted. |

| I had a yorkie that got a blade of grass stuck in his nostril... I had to take him to the vet and he had to sedate him and flush it out... Blades of grass are very difficult to remove.. anyway, I had another yorkie that sneezed like you described and the blade of grass started showing and I pulled it out... she was ok after that.. It sounds like she has something up there.. I would take her to the vet tomorrow if she can wait that long and let them check her out.. If there is something stuck in there it could cause a nose bleed and possible infection... Keep us posted.. Hope you figure this out.

| Hey everybody, thanks for your words of wisdom! And great big kisses to you Maximus!! Lily sneezed constantly for almost 2 hours. Then it became a couple of time an hour. Now she is hardly sneezing except for every once in a while. I think she sniffed something in her nose while she was outside. Thank goodness she is acting okay now and not so miserable. I have to call her vet for another situation tomorrow so we'll see what he says about this. It was really something though. 2 solid hours of puppie sneezes. Poor baby! Maximus, I is felwing much better. I sank your kisses helped! My mommy will call my dogtor tomorrow to check on me. I wuvs you whole bunches. I am now sending a bunch of wuv to you cause you don't fewl to good. Now I is sad cause you don't fewl good and hope you fewls much better tomorrow. I wuv you wots!!!

| Chewey got like that, it turned out to be every morning...I started putting him in PJ's while we slept and it went away. Remember: If you like to sleep in a nice and nippy room, have your window open, during the changing season, your Yorkie will need to sleep with clothes! |
