| Winston has allergies We found out that Winston has allergies and of course we don't know what to. We've switched him to an all-fish diet by Acana and we took away any bad treats. We've also taken away his favorite, which is cheese. He still remains to get flare-ups, so badly that he looses the hair on the backs of his ears. Right now he's on med's to reduce his flare-up and we're applying ointment to his ears. I just want to find out from other's what you changed in your dog's enviroment and food to try to tackle flare-ups. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

| How old is Winston? Allergies are most often caused by environmental factors and not as often caused by diet. If he does have a food allergy it can take up to three months for the system to completely recovery from the allergic response. What medication is he on?
