Hope your little one is well soon.

If all else fails try crushing up his pills in a little bit of ranch dressing. It hides the taste beautifully. The only time I have had trouble with this system is when they were vomitting and they weren't eating anything.

Has anyone tried buttermilk?

The vet told me to use peanut butter and I forgot..My brain is in a spin Well, the vet just called me, she wanted to know if I wanted the poop checked and needed to know because there is a charge fo that! Good lord, the reason I brought the poop was to test it! Well, I have to get it tested of course. So she will let me know when the results come back.

I asked her what she thought it might be if it didn't turn out to be cociddia, and she said colitis brought on by stress. I will have to wait and see, in the meantime, Bailey had a nap, woke up and I had mixed up some crushed kibble with a little chicken and cottage cheese and he gobbled it down, then he went on a mad play time, he is like a little bunny, he hops and jumps and pounces, the most sweet little guy ever My fingers are crossed!

I'm glad he's doing okay and I hope you find an answer.

The vet should also rule out giardia, to be thorough. Giardia is very dangerous in puppies and infectious (so if he was exposed somehow, he'd have caught it easily).

Good to hear little Bailey is eating & playing...seems just like yesterday when my Bella-boo was a wee lil' bunny herself!

There is absolutely nothing cuter than to see them hop & pounce when they're all but a powder puff themselves...oh, the good ole' days of hopping lil' 's!
