				   |      I just went and did a search, a few people have said one brewers yeast tablet a day has kept fleas off their dogs for 2years. I would love to use something like this over the flea meds.     |

Donating Member  |      I've read some good things about garlic, although I haven't come to any conclusions yet, but one thing I do feel strongly about is not introducing many new foods in the first 6 months of life.  This are some studies that suggest the longer you wait to introduce new foods, the fewer the chances of allergies developing.

				   |      I think it's important to note that although garlic may be okay in small amounts and some vets recommend it, others do not.  Ellie's board certified veterinary nutritionist says it should not be given and if it is, check RBCs.

				   |      This is kind of random but on topic...Snickers eats Evo Kibble (Innova) and it has garlic in it...I have not seen a single flea at all.  He is also on Sentinel but I thought I would have seen one on him by now....I doubt it's b/c of the trace of garlic in the Evo, but you never know.       I'll cross my fingers that his kibble is giving him a natural flea protective shield.
