My furkids Donating Member | Morning everyone! have a quick question First...I hope you all had a great Mother's Day...I know I did!! I recently changed the girls food. I was feeding Canidae (canned) I found the consistency has changed...almost kind of sticky. After Lillie ate it she vomited until everything was out of her little belly....and...it was just the soft food. I have switched over to Wellness...I know it's a good food...it's made and manufactured right here in mass,...not to far from me... My question is......I started feeding the 95% chicken,,,no grain,...(They only get about 2 tbsp of soft mixed with merrick kibble) do you think this is too much protein for them? I just bought the wellness chicken and sweet potato...they liked the other one better but will eat this. Thanks in advance Brenda

| I don't think there is a think as too much protein- unless your dog has liver issues. Layla's diet is VERY high in protein and she is doing just great on it. Just watch them for any changes but i'm sure they will be fine! |
