| I tried it and loved it. My maltese put on some much needed weight and her hair became so soft, she just looked healthier. I quit using it because my yorkie Macy started having very loose stool while on it. I don't know that it was the food because I started changing her right after I obtained her from her previous owner and I changed her a little sooner than I should have. I only combined them for about a week and she would pick out the Blue Buffalo and eat it and leave her old food in the bowl. She seems to have a very sensitive tummy too, it doesn't take much for her to get loose stool. I hope to try again to change her to it, but if I do, I will definitely take my time doing so.

| My girls didn't like those pieces either. They would lay those pieces out on the mat under their bowl and then when their bowl was empty, they would eat those. It was so funny to watch. They would pick up a mouthful and spit it out on the floor and then they would pick up everything but the little black pieces.

| We also like Blue!!! It seems to be a good food and Shelby & Seymour haven't had any issues with it at all.

| I'm currently in the process of switching Sasha over to Blue Buffalo. So far for the past 2 days, she's picking out all of the Blue, eating it all & leaving her old food. (little brat) I'm hoping she keeps this up & enjoys this food since she really seems to be now. She doesn't mind eating the little black pieces either. |

| I use the Blue Buffalo, and just switched to the small breed version from puppy. My girl is fussy.. Sometimes she eats and other times leaves it all day. She always picks around the black pieces (the vitamines) and eats them last. They say it is very healthy food, all natural, no by products... My girl would love to eat Beniful...She devours it when we visit a friend's dog who eats it. (Compared to eating at McDonalds, vs Whole Foods) |

| I swap out foods for mine in addition to some home cooking. However, Blue Buffalo is one of the brands that I feed them frequently. I have no complaints about the product. |

| Finally changed Bella's food Bella is 8 weeks old and I finally started changing her food. The breeder was feeding her Purina Puppy Chow. I bought Royal Canine last night and when she ate today, I was laughing. Bella tore the food up. I'm so glad I took the advice of others on yorkietalk. Thank you all bella loves it!! I would like to know if anyone has used the shampoo call Yorkie Splash? |

| Hannah was eating blue prior to being put on the ID by the vet. She constantly had bouts of diarrhea. I think that she had problems digesting it. I am now in the process of finding her a another brand of kibble. |

| I have been feeding my litter of puppies (they are just shy of 13 wks) Blu Buffalo for the past 3 weeks or so, previously they were on Iams puppy food but it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to eat it, and they LOVE the Blue Buffalo! Unfortunately they have become little poop monsters and are now eating their poop as well. Not to mentiion how smooshy their poop has become, I am CONSTANTLY washing poop pads, which is why I ahve decided that, even though the ingredients in Blue Buffalo seem to be so much healthier than Iams, I am switching back gradually because I think it may be too much for their little systems.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | We tried Blue Wilderness made by the Blue Buffalo Company, it has those little black balls in it, and although Joey enjoyed the food, he developed serious eye drainage after eating it a few days. Brown goopy stuff in his eyes. I took him off the food, his eyes cleared up, I tried the food again and same thing happened. Probably nothing is "wrong" with the food, but dogs are sensitive to different things, so you might be aware that this could happen.
