| Training issues again~ Ok I'm still working on the training, I am doing the crate training. Here's my problem my yorkie will sometime just pee in her crate and then she will lay in it!!! What do you do with that? Everyone says they won't do that, but she sure does (well, it happened 2xs) Anyone have any advice? |

| maybe the area she is in is to small.....I'm not sure about crate training, but I have seen some people post up about having a round fenced area that the potty pads are away from the bedding area... My Pebbles doesn't have the potty pad concept either. Lucy uses them, Peb's sits on them...lol

| Sophie used to sit in her pee and poop in her crate too. I think that she unfortunately probably came from a puppymiller. I heard that they are used to pooping and peeing in crates so they do what they know. You might want to give her some more room in something that doesn't feel like a crate....maybe a pen of some sort. When we gave Sophie free reign of the kitchen with crate door open she would poop and pee in her crate. Ultimately we just had to stop using a crate and added a doggy door. That saved us! Good luck! |
