| I think any of the flavors are fine, it just depends on what your dog likes. The beauty of having so many choices is it allows me to change flavors and give my dogs variety without switching foods. Mine are currently eating the lamb and rice formula.

As far as the quote goes, this is true in part at least. Please see my next post for information from eagle.

| Below is an email I recieved from Eagle Pack concerning the possible change in formula. "Hello Sarah, ...and thanks for sharing your concerns. Cheryl passed along your email. Interesting how information, lies and rumors get circulated on the Internet so again thanks for asking. Two years ago we were sold to a family owned investment company that specializes in buying good, growing companies, and invests money to help them grow and to make them better. To date we have upgraded equipment to make our manufacturing facilities even better, installed a special sanitary floor material to reduce the chance of E.Coli and Salmonella, and are looking for a building in the Mishawaka, Indiana to use as an expanded distribution center. That all takes money. Over these 2 years we have not changed formulas or ingredients. After thorough investigation we did add one new supplier. There are no plans for changing formulas or ingredients. Our experienced plant manager of 28 years and our staff vet have been here for 12 years. I am involved in nutrition, formulas and ingredients and have been here for 20 years. We are an experienced, knowledgeable team of long standing and very caring about making the best for our best friends. The food that has been so good to you and your dogs and to the Pet Boutique folks will continue as the same great food it has always been. I hope this helps and please feel free to post this on any and all forums and let the pet boutique folks know. And let me know if you have any questions. Thank you very much. John "

On all the online retailers it's also hard to find. Dog.com doesn't have it, and very few places on their website do. The ones that do charge around $10 for shipping!

| I hope you're correct that they do not plan on changing their formula. There are always concerns when a family business is bought out and hopefully this is just a rumor. |
