natural balance food roll

I like prefer to give mine the Lamb and Rice roll. I also discovered that Petsmart carries rolls made by Pet Botanics. They are ever bit as good as the NB rolls and a little bit cheaper. I just give it to mine as a treat.

My boys loooooove these! They aren't a huge fan of anything beef (although they still eat it), but they love the others.

I buy the Pet Botanics from Petsmart. I use it to add to her Royal Canin. She'll eat everything in the bowl if I do that. Otherwise, the dry kibble will sit there until the very last second and she MUST eat something. I buy the Chicken and Rice. It has some rosemary in it. Actually, it smells really good. Like a good stew cooking on the stove.

Mimi & Momo likes Lamb. The NB rep was at our local pet store couple yrs back when Mimi was a pup & she recommended these rolls when I told her that Mimi was finicky. She said to use a cheese grater & grate it on top of the NB kibble. I only grate a tiny bit for taste. She also said alot of show people use this to train their dogs. Mimi & Momo also love the crunchy lamb roll as a snack.

Ahhh...now there's an idea. Grating it on top of the food! I usually just slice off a roll and then cut it into tiny pieces. But I like the grating idea. Right now it seems to stimulate Sophie's appetite. She'll turn her nose up sometimes at the kibble but if I put the chopped PB on top, then she'll eat that and continue on till the kibble is gone. Most times, anyway....
