| Yelps when running Sometimes when Lexi runs fast (after the cat of course) on the tile floor, usually rounding the corner, she will let out a yelp. It doesn't stop the chase however, and doesn't seem to bother her on the carpet. She is not in any pain when I touch her hips and rear legs. She does slide on the tile floor and maybe that scares her? Any of your pups do this? |

| Has your vet checked her knees? Luxating patellas should always be suspected in toy breed dogs. |

| I would assume it's lp (luxating patella) we are scheduled for surgery on Tuesday Have your vet check her and if he says she is affected, make sure you remember to find out what grade she is (grades 1-4 sometimes 5). Grades three and above are fairly severe and usually should be fixed surgically. I hope it's not that, it is really heartbreaking.
