| Looks like a pretty good product. I just skimmed their website but from what I saw, looks like a good choice for those who want to homecook, but don't have the time. I don't know anything about where they process it, though, or about the quality control, which are always my number one concerns. How much was it? Does your baby love it?

| My Rudy is on this! When I bought the previous owner said he was a really picky eater but she had him on ALPO so I figured he just didn't like it and would refuse to eat it. Turned out he really is a finicky eater. Then in February we went to a dog show and they were given out the rolls and the bites for a small donation. So I figured it couldn't hurt. And proceeds went to the local shelters. He loves it!!!!!!!! I finally found something he will eat and not be picky about it.... The only thing is the local petco does not sell it but the one 20 miles away does. So every month I will drive up and get him his bites. He likes it warmed up for 15 seconds because it stays in the fridge it takes the chill off. Otherwise he will refuse to eat!!!! I know he is spoiled but I will do anything to get him to eat he fluctuates between 2 and a half and almost three pounds, now he stays steady at almost 3 lbs.

| Product: How is Freshpet® food "fresh"? Why is it called "fresh" dog food? The majority of our ingredients are fresh and our products are cooked fresh daily and include locally sourced vegetables. Refrigeration is the key to freshness. Freshpet® products must be refrigerated since the meats and vegetables have only been gently cooked with no preservatives. The only preservative for Freshpet® food is refrigeration. Are Freshpet® foods natural? All Freshpet® foods use natural ingredients. What you will not find are fillers commonly found in other pet foods such as wheat, corn or wheat gluten. Are Freshpet® foods organic? No, Freshpet® foods are not organic. Few, if any, pet foods are all 100% organic, due to difficulty in locating organic ingredients as well as their costliness. At Freshpet®, our focus is on finding the highest quality, freshest, all natural ingredients. Is Freshpet® food raw? Is there a risk for parasites or harmful bacteria? Freshpet® food is fresh, NOT raw. It has been gently cooked and quickly cooled to eliminate any harmful bacteria or parasites. Our products undergo pasteurization similar to milk or cold cuts. Do all Freshpet® ingredients come from the United States? 100% of our meats, vegetables, eggs and brown rice come from the US and Canada. Where are Freshpet® foods made? Freshpet® foods are made in our own factory in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. The Loved Dog™ Treats are manufactured at human food factories in Wisconsin, which Freshpet® has partnered with due to their high standards and understanding that pets deserve the same high quality products as people.

| It was $5.99 for two 14oz packs. Each pack is vac sealed and it says that once open to use in 4 days. I got the chicken and i really like how it actually smells like cooked chicken. I fed some to ittybit yesterday, she seems to like it but had some trouble eatting it. I think they are a bit big for her so today ill break them up. Bella the pet stores around here don't carry it either but 2 of the grocery stores do. Odd how i never noticed it there b4..i've walked by the display case several times without even looking in it. This time I actually looked and was like OMG thats dog food lol. |

| Yes, I forgot to tell you to cut the pieces down. I cut the really big ones into fourths and the smaller pieces into halves. I agree the meatballs smell better than the rolls did and Rudy agreed

| That looks like a really good food. I also saw the Deli Fresh. My hubby doesnt like that I am feeding the dogs NV raw, he is squemish about handling it. The store by me only sells the Deli Fresh. I might go by and check it out. |

| Well my guys loved, loved, loved it! I cut up the roll in little pieces and gave it them. It is a nice texture and you can see the vegetables in it. My older one who can be very picky ate it right away, the baby will eat anything you give him. |

| Thanks for the updates :-) My Ittybit really seems to love it. I feed it to her once a day and leave dry food out all the time for her to munch on. |
