| They way I make my sweet potato for Pnut is: Clean- wrap in foil, bake for 50 mins on 350, skin with knife, mash up.. I add a little water in the bowl its in to kinda make it like baby food- I give it to Pnut every morning with his pill- he just loves it.

| Wash and peel sp, cut into french fry strips, and freeze. Ian loves them right out of the freezer. I have a medley of veggies done that way for healthy treats. Besides sweet potatoes, I cut and freeze different types of squash, and fresh string beans. (It was good to see this thread again! I loved making the chicken jerky for Prince.)
