| NB duck and potatoe feeders got a question. Does this make your furbaby's poop soft (not runny or liquid)? His poop is clumpy and long but soft. Charlie has been having soft poop. Not sure which kind will help to firm up his poopy. I tried giving him green beans on the side as treats for added fibers. He is also getting the NB turkey roll as treats and mixed in with his kibbles which suppose to have 4% fiber. |

| Mine is on a mix of Orijen 6-fish (70% fish + 30% fruits, vegetables and botanicals) which has a minimum of 44% crude protein, 2.5% crude fiber and 10% moisture and NB's LID Duck & Potato. Her stool is softer in comparison to the time she was on Innova EVO kibbles and also when she was on raw plus Eukaneba kibble. I might even say it's a little softer than when she was on Petcurean's now! puppy formula mixed with Orijen. However, it's not soft or moist enough on NB to leave a mark on the pad after she goes (I pick up and flush), so I don't think it's bad at all. I was a little concerned when it used to seem so dry and hard. It must have been more difficult for her to push it out. I thought it might have been too much fiber but my husband figured it was the high protein making it a lot more firm. I think it gets softer when I've been feeding a lot of treats. It still never gets soft enough to cling or stick to anything so it works out for me. |
