| Any One Feed Solid Gold? I know with every dog food - the feeding guideline of how much you should feed is different. I'd love to know how much other Solid Gold dog eaters are eating ... and how many times a day. Please let me know. Thanks so much!! |

| My cookie loves her solid gold! She doesnt eat very much in the morning maybe about 10 kibbles, then she eats a little when the kids get out of school around 3 or 4, she usually eats the rest before 9 as i want her to get her last poop out by ten so we can all get a good nights rest. Right now she is awake and i am waiting for her to use it, so i can get some shut eye! She didnt use it after her last feeding tonight. |

| I just bought a bag of Solid Gold, but haven't given it to them yet, since I'm still waiting to finish up on feeding them Bil Jac. Once we're done with Bil Jac, I'm going to mix the Solid Gold kibble with Natural Balance kibble. I'll be interested to hear from others as well.

| I'm mixing with NB to entice her to eat. I noticed if I only leave one kind of dry kibble in her bowl, she won't eat. However, if I mix it with another brand she could at least pick out what she wants to eat. As of now, she's eating the following mix of dry kibbles - NB small bites, Canidae, and Bil Jac. In addition, I've added Wellness wet food in as well. I'm almost done with the Canidae...and I heard that they changed the ingredient. So most likely, I'm going to only mix 2 kinds of dry kibble - NB and SG.

| I feed Noelle Solid Gold puppy. She really likes it and I've had no problems with her eating at all. She eats well for her small size but doesn't seem to over eat at this point so I free feed her. (We're not having any potty issues at this time either) I start out with about 1/4 cup in the morning. Sometimes she finishes, sometimes she doesn't. She also gets small "cookies" for rewards. |

| KimberlyP, how old is your puppy? Mine eats about 1/4 a day as well ... he's 3.7 pounds, do you think that's too little? The guideline on the bag seem to say for a 4 pound dog, feed 3/4 - 1 cup a day!!! What does everyone think? |

| I was feeding 1/2 cup day and they were not finishing so vet said to cut back to 1/3 cup day. I have been mixing with NB roll and a lot of times they won't eat the kibble portion.

| Snacks on it Yuki use to get solid gold can food with the tiny bit kibble. I stopped the can food(so messy and he became picky!) I switched over a month ago to adult w/ high protein kibble-solid gold...both of the kibbles I have used are very fishy smelling...it took Yuki a while to get use to just kibble. I swear he was only eating a few kibbles a day. When I spoke to the store I buy the food from the lady told me HE WILL EAT.JUST LEAVE IT. I was worried for a long time...because he would eat so little... NOW he eats it no problem...he SNACKS on it mostly...I leave it out all day...he tosses the kibble around then eats it...he never gobbles it down... Makes a nice firm poop...and his fur is beautiful! I need to update my photos!.GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR Melissa

If she finishes what I give her in the morning, I add a little more. She seems to eat a little extra when she is exceptionally playful during the day. |
