| green beans do you feed it raw or cook? I started giving charlie 1/4 of a raw green bean a day. He likes to just chew on it. The green bean makes him go poop right away. He was chewing on one earlier today and ended up pooping on the carpet..I was not too happy with him but it was my fault for not watching him. Anyways, just curious to see if you guys feed your baby raw or cooked green beans. |

| I use canned green beans but I always make sure to get the "no salt added" ones.

| Raw vegetables are always better nutrient-wise but I'm sure many people feed them cooked.
