| Wellness Core Original? I am in the process of switching my 2.5 year old named Tyko to this food. If anyone uses it can you please tell me your opinions and how often your dog poops? Also I was told by customer service to feed him 1 cup a day since he is 15 lbs. Do you think that is enough food? |

| it is enough for 15lb. Just divide it into 2 meals. you don't need to feed a lot since it's is a high quality kibble packed with nutrients. it's a great food!

| We rotate between Wellness Core and Nature's Variety Instinct. We LOVE WC Original. The dogs definitely thrived on it. Poops were small and firm, around twice a day. Franklin and Maggie are 9 and 11 pounds and we fed them around 1/2 to 3/4 cup a day. 1 cup sounds a bout right for a 15 pounder.

| We are feeding Wellness Core Original . My dogs are doing very well on it . They poo twice a day (Chloe sometimes will do three). One of my dogs is 10 lbs. and she gets a little less than 1 cup per day... she is free feed and still doesn't normally finish it all. Since it's high quality kibble they tend to fill up faster

| I have used wellness for a while. First we started using wellness-Super 5, then about a month ago our store began to carry the Wellnees-Small breed. I am sure 15 lbs fits into that catagory and the pieces are perfectly sized for small dogs, and the protein is a tiny bit higher along with a few other differences. I am really happy with wellness food. My little dirl goes potty 2 times a day and is good consistancy. Last edited by Rosiegirl; 02-18-2009 at 07:03 PM. |
