| Uggggh eating other dog's poo!! So I live in an apartment complex where people are inconsiderate as he** and leave their dogs poop all over the place and don't pick it up. Well as of last week, Mya has started picking itup and wanting to eat it!! I know she is getting plenty of Protein in her diet, i am feeding her Orijen...and it's not her poop so pineapple won't help! ahhh what do i do!?!? It worries me because what if they have diseases or worms or somethign!

| Poor you, you should complain to the building management about the poo problems. I think you should walk the dog somewhere else. Or maybe carry some vinegar, drop it on what ever poo you found, and let the dog go near it .. he might get it after a few try . I know it sound gross but I don't see what else you can do... good luck.. hope someone will come with better idea.. Maybe also care some treat to keep him distracted from the poo |

| I think it was Cesar that had a dog with that problem and he would give them a bit of banana when they would start to eat poop. Said it was a lack of potassium.

| Lack of potassium? Interesting. Might try that on my little Cocoa. Eating poo, especially her own, has been a life long struggle with her. The vinegar solution is a great idea. Thanks. ~Joanne~
