| Natural Balance Food I bought Stormy a bag of this, she seemed to like it the first few times and now she doesn't really like it. I leave her a bowl out and sometimes she hardly touches it. I really want her to eat more hard kibble then wet food but she does prefer wet food. She has some baby teeth that need to be removed still so she has bad breath, I brush but if I feed her the wet too often her breathe is worse. Is this food any good? Also I am not sure but she seems to lick her front legs alot, She was on Royal Canine for yorkies before this and I didn't notice her licking much, I thought it may of been due to her antibiotics she was on but she does it still sometimes and she's not on antibiotics anymore. She does enjoy to lick me or sometimes other things too so maybe it's nothing? What is another good food I could try? |

| I would stick with what you got.. She probably will get bored of whatever food you feed her. I buy the big cans of wellness to mix in with keelys food. A can of dog food will only last about 2 days in the fridge, right? So a big can of dog food would spoil. I take a ice cube tray and fill up each one. And I add 1 cube to every 1/3 pf a cup of dry food. I take out 2 cubes at night and place them in the fridge, by morning they are thawed. I just mix it in with her dry and it takes 3 seconds extra. I dont see the harm in letting her enjoy food more. If she likes wet, let her have it. Just not too much. (BTW- I use the ice cube trays with the smaller sized cube thingys)...Maybe worth trying? And her the dry will still help her teeth. Just brush them daily.. lol |

| Yeah I buy canned food, I've tried wellness and she didn't like it, she likes the chicken soup kind and canidae or whatever it is called. I notice she likes a little extra flavor in with her dry food, do they have any type of "sauce" too add to the dry that is healthy and good for them? I add canned and she tries to eat around the dry but if theres a sauce in there she will eat it all up. Such a picky girl! |

| I would recommend Life's Abundance. My dogs LOVE it and even my 106# 16 year old dog loved it! It's a a dry kibble but they also have canned (2 types). I am very happy with it because of the vitamins/probiotics. It not only aids in their skin and coats, it helps me lawn! No more polka dots! | thank you for the suggestion, I will look into it. I prefer to buy from the pet store as I don't really do too much shopping online. We have a pet store called Pet value and they carry a large selection of different foods, I will see if they have it. We are getting close to finishing the bag we have and I am on the fence as to switching or staying on this food. |

| Have you tried mixing in a little yogurt or cottage cheese with the hard kibble? At first thats what i had to do with Pasquale. Now he'll eat it dry and i save the yogurt as a treat.
