| Not Eating a lot Ive heard that Yorkies are picky eaters and Ive hear that Yorkies are munchers ... but I didn't know they were that bad, or is there something wrong with my puppy? Here is how I feed him: - three times a day, dry food only (Im weening him off wet food, I only put in wet food when and if he's really not eating well. I know some people mix the wet food in the dry food to feed but my puppy just knowns to licks the wet food off the dry food and not eat the dry at all). - total of about half a cup of food everyday - I feed my puppy Solid Gold (I did a lot of research on food and that is the best for Yorkies) ***** The problem is, even though I feed about half a cup of food a day, my puppy only eats 1/3 - 1/2 of it. What else can I do to get him to eat? Should I try changing it to feeding twice a day?? |
