| Tapeworm causing weight gain? We got tapeworms now. I wasnt surprised since the neighbor dog brought fleas home from the boarding. BUT I noticed the tapeworms just a day after I noticed the weight gain of the dogs. Would the worms cause a noticable weight gain? The dogs are only 3 and 4 pounds normally and they only had the worms 5 days tops when I treated. I KNOW they didnt have worms a whole week BUT at such a light weight to start and not knowing how fast worms grow could it cause weight growth? |
