| Opinions on puppy food I am looking to buy my new puppy some dry dog food. I was wondering what your opinions and experiences are with Nature's Recipe dog food : Nature's Recipe Toy Dog Food - Food Center - Dog - PetSmart There are also puppy formulas and I'm wondering if that would be better to feed my 9wk old pup at the beginning : Nature's Recipe Puppy Food - Food Center - Dog - PetSmart Nature's Recipe Puppy Lamb Meal & Rice Canine - New Puppy Center - Dog - PetSmart If not this brand, what brand would you recommend with only access to petsmart/petcetera? |

| I don't really like menadione, so I'd pass on this food if possible but I absolutely do believe that puppies need food that is AAFCO approved for puppies or at the vet least, all life stages.

| Mu little guy loves his Merrick Puppy Plate...if you add hot water, it makes a great gravy that makes my puppy think it's wet food. |

| My picky eater loves the Nature's recipe canned food. We are moving her dry food to it as well. |

♥ love my girls!! ♥ Donating Member | Wellness Super 5 Just for Puppy, California Natural Puppy (Chicken OR Lamb).....those 2 are good Puppy foods, and there are many many more. Also, you're in Canada, so you may be able to find Orijen easily....and they make a puppy food too. I know a lot of people like Orijen, but it is super high in protein. I'm not sure if puppies should have that much protein, but healthy dog usually do very well and LOVE grain free diets. Anyone know of a reason a puppy shouldn't try the Orijen Puppy?
