| Are You Still Feeding Canidae? So I've been feeding Rocco and Mia Canidae since they were pups, bout a year now... I just bought a new bag and noticed it looked different, so I decided to look online and investigate. Well they have reformulated their food and apparently some dogs have been getting sick. I don't really want to take the chance giving my babies Canidae to see if maybe they won't get sick on the new formula. Reading all the pet food recalls makes me so leery! I'm so upset case they loved Canidae...Now what? I want to know if anyone feeds Canidae and has any success with the Canidae new formula or if they have switched to a different food. Any good suggestions if we switch? TIA |

| Maximus is only going on 14 weeks (Thursday). He was weaned from his mommy to Puppy Chow. I started him on Canidae a few weeks ago and he hasn't had any problems.

| I had my doggies on the old formula (along with other brands) I, too, saw that they changed their formula, so I only bought a small bag . None of my doggies liked it. I still blend it in with the other dog food, but they always eat around it. They like Royal Canin Puppy food and Bil-Jac Select the best. |

| I have been feeding Canidae for over two years now and my dogs have always loved it. And done great on it. I also noticed a new bag when I went to get my last bag but I figure they change the bags all the time. Anyway I bought it about a week ago, and ever since my dogs have had diarrhea. I want to switch but I just bought a 40 lb bag and until its gone I really can't.

| The guy at the Natural Pet Food store I go to said they no longer carry Canidae because it is processed at the Diamond Plant and they changed the formula??? My pup did not like it when I tried to give it to him 7 months ago (when we brought him home) so we moved on to another food.

| No I don't still have the bag I always come home and empty it into our pet food storage containers. I even consulted the vet he said you need to change your food. Our 40lb bag of food usually last 2-3mths with 6 dogs. So as soon as this bag is gone I will move on. Any suggestions?
