| Ears EARS ears... I have a question. And i will try to get an updated pic for this. But my 8 month old has only 1 ear standing. The other seems so soft. Could it be that some how she broke it? I mean she looks so cute when she looks at you and only 1 ear stands up firm. lol.. But is there anything i can do at this point? At this age if 8 months is this normal? Or will the other eventually stand up. WE have take it to groomers and they trim the ears(hair that is not actual ear) so the weight doenst keep it down... wat should i expect...? |

| Many members here have had pups that have one down, one up, but from what I've read in the past, they seem to catch up with each other at some point.

| Thanks for the quick reply.. Do you happen to know how long for the other to catch up. Mine has been like this for about close to 1.5 to 2 months. |

| They are really cute either way, but usually when one goes up the other follows shortly but there are things yoy can do like shaving them to make them less heavy and taping them to help them stand up. |

| Gracie went through up down one up one down etc etc etc FOREVER!!! Then her hair on her ears got really long and thick so they both stayed down. But then I shaved her ears and one immediatley stood up and they other was half up...but i started massaging it upward and now they both stand up straight...it takes time and patience...but i also heard that instead of taping it you can cut a triangle out of a paper grocery bag and use fake eyelash glue and stick it inside the ear that way maybe she won't mess with it as much...Good Luck keep us posted

| Well i have to go to vett soon. Asking her about, her teeth, tail, and weight and spaying. She is only 4.5 lbs. and people tell me might not be a good idea to breed her. But at same time i will ask about eat. Maybe while in surgery, we can shave it or soemtring to see if it stands up with no weight. I dont know. I will let you guys know what they tell me. |
